S2: ORGANICS

after researching and creating designs on brutalist architecture i've decided to take a look at the opposite, organic architecture. I'm doing this as in my personal study i came to the conclusion that organic shapes have a more positive interaction with humans. as most hospitals are built purely for function, as they're built quickly and cheaply out of necessity. i will be focussing more on creating an experience for the public, no matter what they may be there for. i will be exploring the work of Calatrava and be taking inspiration from organs, as well as using clay to see how organic shapes can create interesting leading lines.
