during my work experience i was able to learn a lot about being an architect. i was given a brief for a house that was to be built on a site outside of the office and I had to create surveys for things like access routes, number of storeys and materials used in the surrounding buildings. i was shown how projects are approached and how to communicate with your client. I was able to use the software REVIT and Enscape to create floor plans and 3D renderings of the building i designed.
